By downloading, installing, or using Tracker or Tracker Light applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.

Description of Service

Tracker provides work hour tracking, salary calculation, and productivity tools. We offer two versions:

• Tracker: Full-featured app with optional Pro subscription for cloud sync and advanced features
• Tracker Light: Free, ad-supported app with basic tracking features

User Accounts

For Tracker (Pro), you may create an account using email, Google, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the applications

Subscriptions and Payments

Tracker Pro features are available through in-app purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscriptions through App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The accuracy of salary calculations depends on the data you enter.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
